Property boundary

Import an authoritative parcel GeoJSON file (polygon or multipolygon) to outline the property. This clips the USGS vegetation preview to the selected parcel. Address search alone does not prove parcel boundaries.

USGS aerial imagery

After finding an address, load a georeferenced public aerial image centered on the property. The ground width is calculated automatically.

Search for an address first. Public imagery may be older than current property conditions.

Experimental grass detection

Load a USGS image above or upload an aerial image you have permission to analyze. This color-based preview highlights likely green vegetation, not confirmed mowable grass. Trees and shrubs may be included.

Higher values remove more textured vegetation, but can also remove grass. Trees cannot be reliably identified by color alone.
